Profile of the programme and key learning outcomes: Graduates of the Business Economics study program are able to analyze complex economic relations in business processes, make suggestions and managerial decisions. They have good knowledge of operational business management and strategic decision-making from the viewpoint of globalization of economy. The graduates can work with complicated information systems in enterprises, they are skilled in organization of managerial work and managerial communication.
Occupational profiles of graduates with examples: Both general and professional knowledge from the field of economics supported by foreign language skills predetermine the graduates to become efficient economists and managers in the top management of any enterprise or firm within agricultural and food processing industry. They can work as universal and expert managers. Due to their foreign language skills they are able to work in foreign or international enterprises.
Access to further studies : graduate of the programme can continue at doctoral level studies in all study programs offered by the faculty - Business Economics and Management and Economics and Management of Agriculture and Food Processing.

Graduation requirements: gain minimum 120 ECTS, elaboration and defence of diploma thesis, final exam in obligatory subjects: Economics and Management and one optional subject : Financial Analysis and Financial Planning, Taxes for Entrepreneurs or Entrepreneur Risk.
