Study programme characteristic

Graduates of these studies will be specialists in matters of nutrition in integrated biological systems, will have a profound knowledge in energetic transformations, including physiology of nutrition, nutritive contents of foods as sources of nutrition, integrate principles of physical, chemical and biological methods to adjust and preserve foods to increase the digestibility and its nutritive value, and control problems to evaluate food quality. Graduates will be able to creatively apply optimized feeding systems in practice, analyze the levels of nutrition, the reasons of misbalance against aims and propose possible correctional remedies. They will have abilities to manage food manufacture processes and to create diets and feeding progr.
