The units forming the course syllabus:
|The actual situation and perspective of development of vegetable production in Slovakia. Natural, ecological conditions of vegetable cultivation. Technological systems of cultivation of field vegetable, including precultivation of seedlings of some species and varieties for spring, summer and autumn cultivation. Rotations of crops in relation to smale-scale production and mass (farm) cultivation system. Vegetable cultivation by new technologies and using of mulching and covering materials at cultivation of field vegetable. Classification of vegetable products according to market demands and also classification into quality classes with possibility of affection of consumable vegetable fytomass with using of biological specifics of cultivated vegetable species.|
