Assesment methods :
Within semester students will write 2 tests each per 20 point. Altogether 40 and written examination 60 point. Max. 100 points. To achieve A is necessary to obtain min. 93 points, B min. 86 points, C min. 79 points, D min. 72 points and to achieve evaluation E min 64 points.
 
Objectives and learning outcomes of the course unit:
Student will get a new knowledge on the functioning of the firm in market economy, its assets and capital. He will understand the relationships between costs and revenues as a tool for profit making. He will be able to do a simple cash flow statement and to analyze the business performance, what he will prove in the project.
 
Course contents:
The principles of enterprise and entrepreneurship - environment, elements of the surroundings, the internal and external factors - organizational-legal forms of business, organizational structure of company - objectives and functions of the enterprise characteristics of its life cycle - firm´s theories- production activity of the enterprise - the factors of production and their productivity (taking into account the specifics of Agriculture) - corporate accounts and use them for the purpose of economic management - basic categories of business - business plan
