Experimentation-principles (allowance 2/2)

 a. Lecture: Experimentation-principles and experimental methodology, experimental terminology. b. Exercise: Working with MS Excel application, calculations using formulas, functions

2.
Experimental design (allowance 0/2)

 a. Exercise: Stages of experimental work, methods for establishment experiments, standard and non-standard experimental design.

3.
Classification of data (allowance 2/2)

 a. Lecture: The distribution of statistical data, statistical methods - classification of quantitative and qualitative data. b. Exercise: MS Excel collection, preparation and processing of data for statistical analysis.

Statistical classification (allowance 0/2)

 a. Exercise: Statistical classification, simple and interval frequency tables, Pivot tables

5.
Descriptive statistics (allowance 2/2)

 a. Lecture: Descriptive statistics - central tendency​​, measures of dispersion, skewness and kurtosis. b. Exercise: Calculation of descriptive statistics and interpretation of results.

Point and interval estimations (allowance 0/2)

 a. Exercise: Point and interval estimations for the mean values​​.

Inductive statistics (allowance 2/2)

 a. Lecture: Inductive statistics, statistical tests of hypotheses. Parametric tests and their application. b. Exercise: Inductive statistics - hypothesis testing, confidence intervals and application of t tests.

Parametric tests (allowance 0/2)

 a. Exercise: Application of t-test, F test of variances, the extreme values​​tests, interpretation of results

Non-parametric tests 1 (allowance 2/2)

 a. Lecture: Non-parametric statistical tests of hypotheses and their use. b. Exercise: Non-parametric tests, Wilcoxon test, Mann-Whitney test.

Non-parametric tests 2 (allowance 0/2)

 a. Exercise: Non-parametric tests, Chi square test, Dixon test.

Analysis of variance (allowance 2/2)

 a. Lecture: Analysis of variance (ANOVA) b. Exercise: One-way ANOVA, LSD test of contrasts, application and interpretation of results

Two-factor analysis of variance (allowance 0/2)

 a. Exercise: Two-factor analysis of variance without replications, two-factor analysis of variance with replications, nonparametric ANOVA

13.
Correlation and linear regression analysis (allowance 2/2)

 a. Lecture: Simple correlation and linear regression analysis b. Exercise: Simple correlation and regression analysis and interpretation of results. Evaluation of semestral works.
