Assesment methods :
Credit: Term paper, test, excursion, identification test.
To obtain A mark must be obtained at least 93 points, to obtain B mark must be obtained at least 86 points, to obtain C mark must be obtained at least 79 points, to obtain D mark must be obtained at least 72 points and to obtain E mark must be obtained at least 64 points. Student receives credits for the subject in the case of evaluation mark from A to E.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After completion of the subject the student is able to determine the most used taxons of coniferous and evergreen woody plants. Student learns about properties and ecological requirements of woody plants. Student learns how to use plants in garden, landscape and park architecture.
Course contents:
Morphological, taxonomical and ecological characteristic of conifers and evergreen woody plants and their usage in garden and landscape architecture.
Characteristics and properties of woody plants, space and function classification of woody plants,
