To obtain assessment A it is necessary to obtain of B at least 93 points for the assessment of D of B at least 86 points , C assessment of B at least 79 points for the assessment of D at least 72 points and for E assessment at least 64 points. Student receives credit for the subject in the case of evaluation mark from A to E.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Student obtaines the current knowledge of the basic principles and process steps of the EIA and SEA as required tool for envirnmental protection and nature degradation. This will allow them to integrate into working groups operating in the EIA, but also in applying the principles of sustainable development activities.
Course contents:
History, development of environmental impact assessment and reasons for its implementation to Slovakian law system. Characteristics and structures of Law No. 24/2006 about environmental impact assessment. Procedure methodic of environmental impact assessment of strategic documents (policies, conceptions, plans, programs), documents with whole state impact and environmental impact assessment that exceed state boards. Methodic procedures and methods of activity environmental impact assessment (constructions, facilities, activities) to the environment – subjects of assessment, activities to be assesses, basic steps of environmental impact assessment.
