Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Benefits and stimulating knowledge on the European integration process to understand through basic course of Agrarian law importance of european integration within the field of Common Agricultural policy in the long term: knowledge gained during courses will be useful for future career of the students in the field and can contribute to better easier solution of legal problems in agricultural practice.
Course contents:
Objectives, needs
- to identify and explain the key aspects of European agrarian law
- to identify main legal problems and challenges that arise from the Common Agricultural Policy in Slovakia and vice versa
- to develop students own perspective on the multi-faceted EU agrarian legislation, and its connection to a range of other substantive and procedural legal areas. Subject focuson on: legal framework of the EU agrarian law,European concept of agrarian law

- efforts towards legal harmonization in the field of agrarian law in
the European EU, Land ownership and land using, Entrepreneuring, Contracts , Phytosanitary Legislation, EU Veterinary Legislation,
