Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After competion of the subject the student understands the historical evolution of Europe and theories of European integration. Student understands reasons of todays european integration in form of EU.
Course contents:
After competion of the subject the student understands the issues of historical development on european continent since the creation of Roma empire, through the formation of European states (14.-15.century), analyse the integrational tendencies in 17-18.century, integration tendencies during the I. and II. world and analyse the impact of WW on integration after WW. Analyses the ideas of foreigh policy cooperation of European states, integrational tendencies in Europe and creation of European Communities. Also analyse the integration levels inside EU with the prediction on future development in Europe.
