Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim of the subject is to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience from the area of enterpreneurship with strong focus on its basic economic and law atributes in conditions of modern market economy. Graduate of the subject will be able to apply school lessons at the preparation of basic relevant issues related to business start - up and implementation in conditions of Slovak Republic as a part of common euroepan market.
Course contents:
Subject deals with basic elements and atributes of enterpreneurship. It defines theoretical terms as enterprise and enterpreneurship, explains the base and position of enterprise as so as specficities of enterpreneurship in concept of modern market economy. Subject discuss about areas related to business start-up and implementation including creation of business plans or related to financial results and possible sources. Subject also deals with economic and law side of enterpreneurship including basic elements related to legal forms of enterpreneurship, tax and social contributions, labor legislation and finance in business.
