Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim of subject is to familiarise students with specific functions and individualities of birds physiological functions. After completion of the subkect the student is bale to analyse basic and specific differences between avian and mammals organism.
Course contents:
Biological and economical importance of poultry, specifity of differences in physiological functiono f birds in comparison to mammals, differences in physiology of digestive system,metabolism, reproduction, respiration, excretion.
