Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After completion of the subject the student understands a foundation of moral good as basis of the whole moral system, as well as to perceive the substance and meaning moral values and norms that help a man to have a dignified life and cohabitates with other members of the society.
Course contents:
Subject clarifies a task of ethics as practice philosophy that investigates phenomenon morality, moral values and the norms in practice doing of man, outlines moral point of view of the satisfaction of the necessities and overemphasizes a moral value of the action. Also to explain subject and object moment of morality, content and structure of common good and its relation to individual good and clarifies the problem of moral character and the comprehension of virtues in the history of philosophical thought. Subject takes an attention to global ethics, the main directs of social ethics, problems of tolerance, prosocial behaviour, some actual moral problems in contemporary world as well as outlines problems of some applied ethics.
