Assesment methods :
During the semester will be given two written tests each for 10 points, preparation and presentation of the seminar essay for 10 points and the final examination for 60 points For achievement of the evaluation at level A is required to gain minimum (93 points, for evaluation B at least 86 points, for assessment C at least 79 point, for assessment D at least 72 points and for assessment E, at least 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student will be familiar with communication’s methods with their clients for whom he/she will provide the services, will deal with dissemination of information in the frame of triangle: research- education- extension. He/she will learn to find out the clients’ needs through the different methods of surveys. He/ she will be familiar with consultancy procedures, he/she will deal with personal, as well technical aspects of managerial consultancy, he/she will learn to work in various forms of consultancy, as are represented by financial consultancy, consultancy in the human resource management, ecological agriculture etc.
Course contents:
The subject of the consultancy. The extension’s challenges for 21st century. Methods utilized in consultancy in order to find out the future needs of the clients. Ethics in consultancy. The personal aspects of consultancy. The tasks of Agroinstitut at the dissemination of information and accreditation of consultants. Marketing of the advisory services. The advisory services at the human resource development. Operation advisory services in the ecological agriculture. Financial consultancy.
