Assesment methods :
Semester written test - 20 points. Semester work - 20 points. Final written and oral exam - 60 points. To obtain A mark will be needed to obtain at least 93 points, for the evaluation of B mark at least 86 points, C mark at least 79 points, for the evaluation of D mark at least 72 points and for the evaluation of E mark at least 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim of the subject is to refer students with basic problems, which have to be solved by exporters and importers in trading activities with materials goods and also in other area of economical cooperation with foreign countries. The subject is also oriented to chosen services related with with individual trade operations. After completion of the subject the student understands various forms of trading on international markets and is able to analyse financial ensuring of these trades by clearing, switch and swap operations.
Course contents:
The content of this subject is to show forms of trading on international markets, as commerce compensating trades, cooperation compensating trades, offsets trades, financial ensuring of these trades by clearing, switch and swap operations. Distinctive attention will be oriented to tenders trades, its phases and tenders documents,and also payment and delivering conditions applicated in realization of these trades operations.
