Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Student of the course will be prepared to solve managerial and economic aspects of corporate and supra-sector activity in market conditions in the Slovak Republic. Prepared students will be able to understand, prepare and subsequently implement a production program of agribusiness subject, which allow to increase of the economic prosperity and commercial success. Students will be able to
guarantee effective perspective of production and non-production sectors and agribusiness subjects in the Slovak Republic and abroad too.
Course contents:
Production with its results are fundamental and decisive factors in achieving favorable economics indicators of agrobusiness in the Slovak Republic. It is necessary to be able to apply the managerial approaches of modern types of products. It is important to learn the effective ways to organize production processes files with the crop and livestock production, engineering and other services in their own terms, and for other customers. Attention is also paid to support of the development of agricultural activities and non-agricultural activities eg. cooperation, lease, franchise, ekological production and the development of agri-tourism and rural tourism, rewarding staff and development of quality.
