Assesment methods :
Written semester test in style of detailed case study solving (combination of theory and practice).
Real research in chosen service provider.
Active participation on lectures and seminars.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After completion of the subject the student understands, to specifity and can define the marketing realized in service´s environment. He is able to solve and explain its function and position in economic and social development, provide the knowledges about the market of commercial services and their internationalization, strategies and politics of services as well as explanation of particular commercial services mainly in the banking sector, tourist traffic, goods transportation and forwarding services.
Course contents:
In educational process will be defined the therotical-metodological characteristics of services, its functions, basic definition and classification. The goal is to specifity and can define the business services and marketing realized in service´s environment, explain their function and position in economic and social development, provide the knowledges about the market of commercial services and their internationalization, strategies and politics of commercial services as well as explanation of particular commercial services mainly in the banking sector, tourist traffic, goods transportation and forwarding services.
