During the semester there will be a semester work (related to the target of study) and a final oral examination for 60 points. To obtain rating A at least 93 points are required; for the rating B at least 86 points; for rating C at least 79 points; for rating D at least 72 points and for rating E at least 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student understands the structural and functional changes of cells, tissues and organs affected by various pathological causes. After completion of the subject the student understands the basic principles of general pathology of cells, tissues and selected organs.
|Pathology is the science about the disease. In the subject the functional changes and their background is described. The determination of functional changes in diseases is described in clinical and experimental physiology and shape changes are supplemented by pathological morphology. After the initial general processes occuring in the cells and tissues in followed by the most usual alterations of individual organ systems.|
