Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim is present the more detail from the new research results from animal biotechnology focused on a genome manipulation, mainly in laboratory conditions. After completion of the subject the student understands theoretical and practical sense of animal biotechnology, is able to solve problems in practice,is able to apply knowledge in practice, is able to analyse and identify problems with respect to legislative and etical lows.

Production and application of chimera,transgenic, cloned, animals, in vitro maturation, fertilisation and culture, embryonic, germinal and adults stem cells, iPSc, lentivirus, xenotransplatations, iRNA,...
