Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After completion of the subject the student understand to knowledge, and nd learning abilities and skills of risk assessment, risk management and risk communication. He is able to solve classical risk analysis model. He is able to apply knowledge from modern EU project on food safety.
Course contents:
Risk analysis of foods, its characteristics in relation to food safety; risk assessment of foods in relation to human health; risk management of foods; risk communication; the standard procedure of the risk analysis; procedure of risk analysis in accordance with EU projects.
