Prerequisites for registration: none
Assesment methods :
The student will prepare the dissertation project and project in relation to the dissertation thesis. Final written exam (60 points), home work (20 points), semestral work and presentation (20 points). To pass the course it is necessary to receive at least 64 points out of 100.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student will understand to the theoretical and practical application of knowledge from partial managements and to find relations and common signs of total mangemnet. After completion of the subject the student understands to the basic priciples of total management.
Course contents:
Characteristics and management development, management functions, organizational goals, business unit in the market economy, values and ethics of organization, managerila philosophy, personality of manager, human resources, a selection of managerial styles, national and cultural dimensions of leadership, team organization.
