Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim of the subject Quality Management II. is to review the issue of quality and introduce students wider aspects of the concept of total quality management. Students will be able to apply many new managerial techniques and knowledges and they might use new techniques in their dissertation thesis.
Course contents:
Quality management deals with the importance, development, procedures, key principles, quality standards and quality management tools. Considerable attention is devoted to the statistical tools in the food business. Subject allows students to develop skills and knowledge in the field of quality management of national and international quality policy, food policy, trade policy, consumer policy, marketing, CSR, distribution and food safety.
