Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The students during the study of the subject Strategic Management, will be aquainted with principles of strategic management and planning; he/she will deal with process of strategic management and with strategic thinking. He/she will be able to elaborate the vision and the mission as well as the intention of business; The students will be able in their work in effective way to realize the analysis of the external environment as well as internal one, to carry out strategic synthesis and to implement business strategies.
Course contents:
The definition of the term stategy, the development theories of strategic planning. Analyzsis of teh external envitronment. Analysis of the internal environment. Strategic synthesis. Business strategies. The enterprise strategies. Functional Strategies. Change management. Agricultural strategies. Food Strategies. Agricultural Strategies. Strategies of the national economy development.
