Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Graduate obtain the basic information on the development, testing and implementation of the Cadastre of Real Estate, acquire skills in basic geodetic works and legal acts of the Real Estate.
Course contents:
- Development of land tenure, land registry in Slovakia
- Development of land registration in Slovakia
- Current real estate cadastre
- Registration of rights to real estate
- The technical documents to make changes in real estate cadastre
