For evaluation A, it is needed to obtain 90 points, for evaluation B 86 points, for evaluation C 79 points, for evaluation D 72 points and for evaluation E minimally 64 points. Students will gain credits for subject in evaluation case by mark in the range from A to E.
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
The aim of study is to obtain basic knowledge and practical skills of horticultural crop cultivation - vegetables, fruit plants, selected species of flowers and vine grape in small-scale production, farming or mass-produstion too.After completion of the subject, student is able to apply knowledge into the practice.
The actual situation and perspective of horticultural crops cultivation. Ecological, natural and soil conditions for cultivation of vine grape, fruit plants, vegetables and selected flower species and their regionalisation. Importance of crops for human nutrition and health. Basises of reproduction of vine grape, fruit plants, vegetable and flower seeds. Basises of agrotechnique, aplication of new cultivation technologies, including nutrion, fertilization, irrigation, prevention against diseases and insects and harvest, classification, postharvest treatment and storage of horticultural crops.
