grade A – (excellent) at least 93 points, grade B – (very good) at least 86 points,

Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The objective of subject:
After completion of the subject the student understands to principle of machines on processing vegetable assistance, illustrate their construction.

Education:
Graduate of the course can apply the lessons learned as a result of the construction of machines for the processing of plant products in production practice.
Course contents:
The theoretical basis for manufacturing processes, equipment for mechanical, hydro, thermal and diffusion processes in the food industry. Transport facilities and technical equipment storage facilities in food businesses.
