Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After completion of the subject the student is able to solve the sustainable use and protection both renewable and non-renewable natural resources in conditions of Slovakia.
Course contents:
Renewable and non-renewable resources of nature as ecosystem services. Soil. Water. Mineral resources. Air. Biota. Sustainable land use. Strategies and management of natural resources use. Global and local aspects of exploitation of natural resources. Predictions and scenarios of use of natural resources.
