Assesment methods :
During the semester there will be 2 written tests with 10 points, working out two teoretical protocols 10 points and final exam for 60 points. To obtain grade A must be obtained at least 93 points, for the evaluation of at least 86 points B, C rating on at least 79 points, for the evaluation of at least 72 points D and E on the evaluation of at least 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students obtain knowledge about the immunity and endocrine systems from the point of morfological and physiological aspects. Its genetic determination and interface to other body systems.
Providing knowledge: Students gain knowledge about cellular and humoral immunity as well as determining hormone levels and function of the endocrine glands in relation to health and prevention of diseases.
Course contents:
The subject will give the knowledge of the basic components of the immune system (non-specific and specific immune mechanisms and functional disorders of the immune system) and the endocrine system (hormones, mechanisms of action, regulation of receptor function systems this system malfunctions and effects on the body). The object is to explain the nature of processes taking place at a imunoendokrinology and neoroimunoendokrinology. Students gain knowledge about cellular and humoral immunity as well as determining hormone levels and function of the endocrine glands in relation to health and prevention of diseases.
