Assesment methods :
During semester written exam (20 points) and semestral work (20 points). Final written exam is for maximum 60 points. For evaluation A it is necessary to collect minimum 93 points, for evaluation B minimum 86 points, for evaluation C minimum 79 points, for evaluation D minimum 72 points and for evaluation E minimum 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
To teach the students genetic resistance of the most important garden and field crops.
Course contents:
The content of the subject includes characteristic and system of the most important pathogens of cultural plants. Genetical correlations between host and pathogen. Methods of evaluation of plant resistance. Mechanisms and molecular basics of plant resistance. Resistance of main agricultural crops.
