Assesment methods :
During the course there will be a written test for 20 points, project presentation for 20 points and a final written exam for 60 points. To obtain evaluation A student must obtain at least 93 points, for evaluation B at least 86 points, for evaluation C at least 79 points, for evaluation D at least 72 points and for evaluation E at least 64 points.
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
The student understands the business conditions in the sphere of trade. The aim is to encourage students to solve fundamental problems related to business, from market analysis, choice of business forms, marketing mix to the problems associated with the management of the business enterprise. After completion of the subject the student understands the peculiarities of retail business and is able to solve business plans in the sphere of trade.
|Course content is designed to increase theoretical knowledge but also practical experience of business in the sphere of trade. In this course students learn the basic concepts and context of business and gain new knowledge about the business process itself from seeking business opportunities through the creation of a business plan to its implementation in the form of management of commercial enterprise.|
