Prerequisites for registration:
Assesment methods :
During semester will be writting two tests for 50 point,25 points for laboratory protocol and 25 points for semestral work. Terminatively exam will be for 50 points. On the terminatively exam is needful for obtain evaluation A to have minimally 93 points, on the evaluation B minimally 86 points, on the evaluation C minimally 79 points, on the evaluation D minimally 72 points and on the evaluation E minimally 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students will learn the most relevant conceptions related to microbial ecology. They are supposed to work independently in laboratory and use their own experiences acquired during the study of mycology and bacteriology subjects. They will learn to evaluate a quality of soil and water via selected indicators in concordance with the current Slovak technical and European Union standards.
After completion of the subject the student is able to solve of problems quality and health of soil, sanitary quality of water and air from the results of observed microbiological indicators. the o

Characteristic and fuction of microbial community in environment (soil, water, air).Important of microbs in cycles of elements. Evaluation quality and health of soil. Ecological and hygienic important of microorganisms in water.
