Assesment methods :
During semester will be writting two tests for 20 point (in external study only one test for 40 points)and terminatively exam for 60 points. On the obtain credit from subject is necessary to obtain 15 points from 40 points. On the terminatively exam is needful for obtain evaluation A to have minimally 93 points, on the evaluation B minimally 86 points, on the evaluation C minimally 79 points, on the evaluation D minimally 72 points and on the evaluation E minimally 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
After completion of the subject the student is able to apply knowledges about cytological, morphological and physiological activity of microorganisms in environment. They will master the basical principal of work in microbial laboratory. They will acquire practical skills in performing basic microbiological techniques, in working with light microscope, in measurement and enumeration of microbial cells and in study their important metabolical products.
After completion of the subject the student is able to solve of questions about area from general microbiology. Students is able to identify and characterize of basic microbial groups with light microscope and standard microbiological practice.
Course contents:
Morphological, physiological and biochemical marks of virus, bacteria, microscopic fungi, algae and protozoa. Ground of microbial system. Nutrition,grow and reproduction of microorganisms. Microbial metabolism.Relationship between microorganisms.Important of microorganisms in biochemical cycles (C, N, S and P).
