Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim is to extend the operational practices of knowledge production activities agri-food businesses. The student is able to apply knowledge of companies providing production and processing of agricultural products directly in terms of practice. Working practice is carried out at university farm SPU Nitra.
Course contents:
In practice the students are acquainted with the production and technological conditions in the plant and animal production, with the ways of acquiring, storing, processing and treatment of products of plant and animal production. Analyze systems of security and control in plant production - plant protection, protection against pests and diseases from cultivation to processing and storage. Analyze systems security control in animal production - protection and control of animal health inspection obtaining milk to sell. Analysis of economic and marketing practices monetization of agricultural products and their placement on the market.
