Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The objective of course is to get practical knowledge and technological prowess of the production process procedures and methods in biotechnology and food production technologies. The student is able to analyze the effects of selected factors on agricultural products and foodstuffs.
Course contents:
During practice students acquire the laboratory skills in molecular biology and applied genetics, applied microbiology and chemistry, biochemical technology and biotechnology in plant and animal production as well as in food biotechnology.
