Assesment methods :
During the semester, there will be 1 written exam for 20 points, presentation of seminar work paper for 10 points and final combined exam for 70 points. In order to be evaluated by A, it is necessary to obtain at least 93 points, by B at least 86 points, by C at least 79 points, by D at least 72 points and by E at least 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim of subject is acquaintance with legal regulation of enterprise status, commercial obligation relations. Through the current problems point out its practical use in particular commercial relations. After completion of the subject the student understands the requirements of modification forms of business, student is able to solve problems related to the establishment and extinction of business entities, able to apply knowledge and orientates in the field of commercial obligations, able to analyze and identify the problems with negotiating trade agreements.

Course contents:
The subject deals with the legal regulation of business conditions of natural and artificial persons in connection with the Trade Act. Also with constitution procedures of associations and cooperative societies. With commitment commercial relations, their occurrence, security and extinction. It also deals with the single commercial treaties, the substantial and collateral terms of type commercial treaties and with validity conditions of innominate treaties. With basic regulation of industrial rights, bankruptcy and economic competition.
