Assesment methods :
Preparation and finalisation of project per 40 points and exam per 60 points. For the mark A – 93 points is necessary to obtain at least, for mark B – min. 86 points, for mark C – min. 79 points, for mark D – min. 72 points, and for mark E – min. 64 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students will have knowledges about occurrence, epidemiology and control of phytopatogenous viruses, bacteria and fungi. After completion of the subject the students will be able to determine the most important viral, bacterial and fungal pathogens of plants.
Plant pathogenous viruses, bacteria and fungi: nomenclature, terminology, diagnostics, spreading, occurrence, damage, symptomatics, life cycles. Quarantine pathogens and their control.
