|Abstrakt:||The habilitation thesis deals with the problematics of the identification of the texture and the structure of the selected materials in the two scientific fields: transport phenomenas permeability of the gas and mechanics mechanical tension, in connection with the machine equipment for the production of the polymere films, fuel pellets and the compressed fruits. Structural and textural parameters of the materials represent complex particular quantitative and qualitative indicators defined by the several scientific theories and approaches. The structural and textural model of the material is particularized by each of the approaches. Important field is the modeling of the structure and texture of the material exposed of the technological processes. The identification of the technological process is needed to realize by the measurement of the experimental parameters of the material processed by the technological mechanisms produced by the appliance of the production engineering at the modeling, to obtain feed back and the advisement of the quality of the production of the technological, food or agricultural device, not only from the point of view of the production engineering, but also from the point of view of the advisement of the product quality. Textural and structural properties of the material exposed of the technological processes with the elements and machines produced by the means of the production engineering are needed to know in the field of the agricultural and food production engineering. Thesis is presented as a collection of scientific research with comments.
The individual sections are focused at following sub-issues:
problematics of the transport theory of the gas through the polymer packaging materials and the methods of the measurement of the gas transmission trough the polyethylene, polypropylene and paper aluminium films. Diffusion of the gas is modeled by the new approach in order to the determination of the permeability, solubility and diffusion of the material as the indentificators of the quality,
problematics of the determination of the mechanical properties of the polyethylene, polypropylene and paper films particularly of the modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, tensile index and failure strength as the indentificators of the material quality. Structural properties of the fuel pellets made from the hay and the straw and the structural properties of the plumes and the apples by the method of the mechanical compression are studied. Introduction of the thesis contains the brief characteristics of the terms of the structure and the texture of the materials and it classified the possibilities of the identification of the materials for the possibility of the modeling of the technological process and by it the technological equipment, which will reflect in the modification of the production engineering elements. Theoretical part of the presented scientific research is aimed on the elaboration and the development of the physical procedures for the determination of the quantifying and qualifying quantities.
Experimental part of the presented works is oriented on the elaboration and the realization of the identifying process for the selected materials and on the calculus and statistical reviewing of the material quality indicators. The original measurements of the physical, mechanical quantities of the materials, and then also the structural and textural quantitis of the materials as the quality material indentificators are realized in the thesis.
Commentary on the presented scientific research is divided into two parts which reciprocally differ by the applied methods, but converge with the studied materials. Theoretical analyze in the field of the selected scientific branch and the proposed concepts of the measurement of the quality indicators for the possibility of the creation of the interactive model of the technological equipment with the material and subsequently the creation of the device improve model by the method of the production engineering were realized in the particular chapters of the thesis. The equipment for the measurement of the permeability of the oxygen trough material was designed and developed and the permeability, solubility and diffusion of the material were determined as the quality indentificators. The problematics of the determination of the mechanical indentificators of the material quality is solved in the second part of the thesis.
The set of published scientific papers includes the following experimental results:
analysis of theory of the transport phenomenas trough polymeric materials,
design, development and realization of the equipment for the measurement of the permeability of the oxygen trough packaging polymeric and paper films,
determination of the mechanical parameters of the polymeric and paper packaging and mulching films as the textural parameters of the material,
determination of the mechanical parameters of the fuel pellets as the textural parameters of the material,
determination of the mechanical parameters of the fruits as the textural parameters of the material.
Experimental results of the measurements of the basic quantities and the possibility of the identification of the quantities with the model of the technological process and so with the possibilities of the exploitation of the measured identifying parameters for the improvement of the elements of the production engineering are introduced in the Chapter: Evaluation of published results. The scientific contribution of the presented papers is evaluated at the Conclusion of the thesis together with recommendations for further research.
