Názov práce:Effect of cutting conditions on the course of the accompanying physical phenomena for drilling steel , non-ferrous metals and cast iron
Abstrakt:The present habilitation thesis is conceived as a set of measurements of physical phenomena and the dimensions of the drilling of metals using steel cutting tools . Given the practical requirements are focused on the economy and quality of production needs to be addressed primarily time image of cutting tools , as well as cutting medium and cutting conditions . The tests and the tests were carried out on samples of steel, ferrous and light metals , such as gray. Use meraceieho equipment , skid resistance and micrometers were compared to the effects of cutting environment and cutting conditions on the machined surface , size of the drilled hole , cutting force and temperature during drilling . Experiments and measurements for Habilitation thesis were performed in the laboratory of machining Department of Quality and Engineering Technologies TF - SUA . The paper describes the design of a measuring device for measuring temperatures and cutting forces in drilling , associated with its testing . Subsequent optimization of cutting conditions using this device is a logical result of the measurement while drilling short holes when changing speeds For sensing the temperature , we designed and produced by the thermocouple . For shooting cutting force , we used strain gauge force Utilcell - M120 ( Spain ) . For reliable clamping of the sample and the optimal sensing measured values during drilling , we designed and produced by the fixture . The habilitation thesis are reviewed each measurement aura . These experiments were carried out on the basis of practical requirements , which are largely used steel drill with a diameter of 20 mm. After evaluation of the experiments it can be concluded that, while increasing drilling parameter values are the results of measurements in accordance with the theory of machining. The obtained results can be applied in the technology works , the proposals for technological processes and also in the work of designers in the design of materials components , tribological pairs , size wear , no particular period details and other important functions of engineering products .
