Title of the thesis:Design of an auto molding of automotive components
Summary:Machinery industry is one of the most important sectors. Is it dependent on a large number of countries of the world. And in it there is constant progress and development. The engineering is including several manufacturing industries. One of them is forming machines, which can be quickly and easily make very complex shapes. The main division is the process of cold and hot forming. These are used in other engineering processes. The automotive industry can use various forms of forming and metal processing. The company MATADOR Automotive, a. s. is engaged in just such processes. Used construction equipment for the production of complex shaped automotive parts. Presses are served by several skilled workforces, providing continuous production in four-shift operates seven days a week. By their operation, create a system of hand pressed. The company sought to automate this system. Manual workers will be replaced with industrial robots. Production becomes more flexible, removing the potential risks associated with employees and finally the production will be more effective.
