Title of the thesis:Efficacy of fungicide treatment against leaf diseases of wheat
Summary:The monitoring of the effectiveness of chemical`s protection against leaf diseases of winter wheat of variety Panonia was observed. The development of harmful infection of wheat leaf diseases, presence and harmfulness of leaf diseases on wheat and determine the efficacy of fungicides against the major pathogens of wheat leaves in the field conditions was estimated. The field experiment was based on the land of agricultural cooperatives Čakajovce Drážovce in Čakajovce. We studied a percentage of disease on the leaves of wheat. Fungicides Amistar Xtra, Amistar Opti, Artea Plus, Fandango 200 EC, Juwel, Caramba, Falcon 460 EC and Opus was used in the experiment. In the field, following diseases were occurred Puccinia persistens, Blumeria graminis, Pyrenophora tritici repentis. The highest incidence of was septoria leaf spot of wheat and tan spot of wheat were recorded in growth stage milk ripe. Use of Caramba and Opus increased the yield the most. The highest efficacy against leaf rust of wheat and net blotch leafs reached Opus and Artea, Juwel against leaf rust of wheat and septoria leaf blotch of tan spot of wheat. We noted, that in the dry years when there are not good conditions for the development of fungal diseases we can keep out one fungicides application.
