Employment opportunities of young people in the Slovak labour market
Summary:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of young people applicability on the labor market in the Slovak Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters, while the first of them aims to explain basic concepts regarding the given topic. It explains concepts as the labor market, its division, active and passive labor market policy, defines a target group, employment and unemployment. The second chapter is devoted to explaining the goal of the thesis and the next chapter describes the methodology of the thesis. The final chapter focuses on the evaluation of selected tools by which the state improves application and placement of young people in the labor market. Notable attention is paid to the international comparison with the selected countries of the European Union and their approach to the given issue.
