Title of the thesis:The Drought Factor in integrated Landmanagement in the Aspect of Climatic Changes
Summary:Climate changes bring the changes in climate system of the Earth during the years. It is expected that Climate change in terms of global warming would increases temporal frequency of some dangerous weather phenomenon, e.g. heat wave, flood or drought. Drought is a complex natural hazard that can have the great impacts on human life. Many methods for detection and evaluating of different kinds of drought is established (is developed). Methods based on amount of precipitation, air temperature, evaporation and soil moisture are used in this paper. These components are the most important and the most useful for describing of climatic conditions in the nature. Three methods were used: Rain s factor according to Lang, Index of Konček, known especially in Czech and Slovak republic, agro-climatic indicator and the Soil moisture index for detection of moisture in soil. Statistical periods of years 1961-2010 for meteorological drought via different indexes for eight measurements points were analysed in this paper. Soil moisture index was detected on two measurements point during the period of 1990-2010.
