Summary:
Cieľom práce je analyzovať nebezpečenstvo kontaminácie rastlinných pletív, ktoré sa priamo konzumujú, druhmi z rodu Salmonella. Popísať spôsoby a cesty ktorými sa tieto mikroorganizmy dostávajú na/do rastlinných pletív. Navrhnúť opatrenia ktoré môžu zabrániť tejto kontaminácii.
