Summary: Genetická diverzita kukurice siatej bude analyzovaná molekulárnymi markermi na úrovni polymorfizmu DNA a zásobných bielkovín. Aplikované budú elektroforetické metódy (SDS-PAGE, A-PAGE) a metódy molekulárnej biológie (mikrosatelitné analýzy).
