Summary: Nanotechnológie predstavujú zámerný zásah do materiálov (vrátane potravín a krmív) na úrovni veľmi malých rozmerov v rozmedzí od 1 nanometra (nm) do 100 nm. V práci sa zameriame na aktuálne využitie nanomateriálov pri výrobe potravín a ich vplyvu na bezpečnosť potravín.
