Summary: Cieľom bakalárskej práce bude urobiť literárny prehľad a charakterizovať semeno ovsa siateho (Avena sativa)z hľadiska histórie vzniku a rozšírenia jeho pestovania, jeho botanickej a genetickej charakteristiky, ďalej nutričnej kvality a využitia v humánnej výžive a v priemysle.
