Duálna kvalita potravín je relatívne novou problematikou, ktorá zaujíma spotrebiteľov potravín na slovenskom i zahraničných trhoch. DP skúma spotrebiteľské správanie so zameraním na kvalitu potravín na Slovensku a v Rakúsku.
