Summary: Vnímanie chutí je jedným zo základných kritérií pre výber potravy. Realizácia vnímania chuti je ovplyvnená expresiou génov ako aj bodovými mutáciami, ktoré sa môžu v týchto génoch nachádzať. Cieľom práce je zoštudovať problematiku vnímania chuti a poukázať na mutácie, ktoré by mohli mať výrazný vplyv na variabilitu v stravovacích návykoch.
