|Project description:||The common characteristic of the needs of the customers to satisfy them consume products that really do not need. From such customer behavior arises excessive (unsustainable) consumption and concerns precisely those kinds of needs. Aim of the project is to multidimensional and comparative analysis of Slovakia in terms of selected social, economic aspects of food consumption in terms of sustainability. We identify a basket of the population in terms of income and expenditure and then create two models of food consumption in terms of money and natural expression. The project builds on the project VEGA no. 1/0951/12 "Sustainable development actors in the food chain in Slovakia".|
