Soil Erosion and Erosion Control in Agricultural Land - Importance of Soil Use and ManagementSupervisor: doc. Ing. Lenka Lackóová, PhD.
This page shows details on the project. The primary projects are displayed together with a list of sub-projects.
|Project description:||Erosion is one of the most important negative processes with impact on soil degradation, its health and function. This negative impact is further worsened also with climate change and pressure to intensive use of agricultural soils. Effect of water and wind erosion in space and time and its intensity depends on particular conditions. Proper use of agricultural soils could be one of the effective erosion control measures. Soil use in agricultural land is thus, along with efforts for its protection, also result of long-term conditions given by market and strategies and policies.|
