|The project is based on actual results of the expert's work published in scientific journals, which in many aspects innovates and applies into the practice. The project addresses the possibility of increasing the consumption of milk and cheese in order to obtain objective information to help consumers to find in the market those products which are for them in every way satisfactory. The main objective of the given project is to investigate the socio-economic and qualitative factors affecting the production and consumption of milk and cheese. The proposed project has benefits mostly for the research consumers, the dairy industry, farmers, veterinarians, chain stores, but we may speak also about its society-wide importance.|
